First she’ll weigh in on the big questions – The crisis was not her fault – was not KEMPER Insurance’s fault and had nothing to do with medical billing. Thank you very much. You can stop the calling and stop carving dirty words into her lawn (and if you do – at least use proper spelling! Insensitive is spelled with an “I” not an “a”).
That’s out of the way. She thinks that people should generally be more responsible and pull themselves up from wherever they came from. Isn’t that the American Dream? Let’s get the spending under control – can’t we all learn to live within our means without borrowing money from our future?
Thanks to TARP, KEMPER is still above water and though the Insurance business doesn’t have the Glam it used to – it’s still a place that someone with her head on a swivel can do some good while making sure people get the care they need and not unnecessary surgeries. Also she keeps a keen eye out for defraud-ers. Her team of auditors (who she hilariously calls “The Flying Monkeys”) are the bane of anyone who ever tries to squeeze something illicit out of KEMPER. If you have a pre-existing condition the Air-monkeys will sniff it out – that’s what they do.
She just believes in the work, she even has insurance for her Boston Terriers – Denzel and Foxxy – Just in case.
P.S. Mortality is a pre-existing condition… that’s why we HAVE life-insurance.
